Dr P Sekhar Chairman and Managing Director. Dr P Sekhar holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Science and a PhD in SolidState Electronics and Nuclear Physics. Dr P Sekhar has held a number of executive positions with a large number of corporations, prior to which he lectured at theUniversity of Mumbai. He was also the first Director of the Software TechnologyPark of India (STPI) in Pune and has advised a number of corporations and state governments in their plans and strategies for computerization of operations,telecommunication and other IT related initiatives.

Mrs.Jayanthi Sekhar Executive Director. She obtained a Bachelors Degree with honors in Economics in 1982 and completed her Masters in Business Economics in 1984. She is a Gold medallist in the field of Business Economics with over decade of experience. From 1984 to 1987, She was a Lecturer in a Degree College in Mumbai. During her career, she has conducted feasibility study for setting up Software Export Unit and Integrated Circuit Unit for Leading Corporation. She has also conducted a feasibility study on the status of telecommunication sector including satellite networks of India for International Data Corporation .She was instrumental in inculcating a quality driven corporate culture at Micro Technologies. And her analytical talents have helped Micro Technologies product range immensely.

Dr.R.S.Deshmukh. Director. Master of Science Ph. D. in Solid State Electronics Highly experienced in cutting edge technology and managing project from the most intricate level entailing analysis of the method of study, determining the design tools, coding method and backing up procedures. He has been with Micro Technologies since 1995. Prior to joining Micro Technologies (I) Ltd, he was Professor in the Computer Department of Pravana Nagar Engineering College and was lecturer in Mithibai College of Mumbai University. He has coordinated the activities of the training division of Micro Institute of Computer Technology and managed the project from its most intricate level entailing analysis of the method of study, determining the design tools, and coding method and back up procedures. He has also handled Projects with MTNL, CIDCO and Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

Mr. S.G. Koppikar. Director. M.Sc (Electronics) Management Course from Thames Polytechnic UK. Software Professional He is in charge of the Marketing & Support Division of Micro Technologies, Mumbai. Prior to joining Micro Technologies (I) Ltd, he has Held several important positions such as CEO (Works) of Satkar Electronics, Silvassa, Vice President (Technical) With Sharada Telematics Ltd., Mumbai, G M (R & D) with Murphy India Ltd, Manager (Video System) with Telerad of Sarabhai Group, Development Engineer in the colour TV and R & D Labs of ITT ( consumer products division), U. K. He was also associated with Lions Club of Bombay as its Past President.

Mr. Manish Ladge, Director a Chartered Account by Profession, he is be fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India and is practicing for over 15 years. He is also member of Sales Tax Practitioner's Association. He has worked as Auditor to a number of Companies & Groups and as advisor to several companies for their expansion/diversification projects, Company Law & Taxation matters.

Coleman, Jr. an emeritus professor of space physics at the University of California at Los Angeles has served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force for two years .In 1966, he joined the faculty at UCLA and established a laboratory for research in physics with Dr. T.A. Farley, In 1970, Dr. Coleman was awarded for its exceptional Scientific Achievement Medal for his contributions to the exploration of the solar system by NASA. In 1972, he was awarded a second of these medals for his contributions to the exploration of the moon. Micro Technologies appoints world Technology Award winner Dr. S. Guha in the Advisory board. Dr Guha is the President and Chief Operating Officer of United Solar Ovonic a leading manufacturer of thin film solar panels and systems. Dr Guha is an international authority in the science and technology, and has more than 200 publications and over 30 US patents to his credit. His work has received recognition from US Department of Energy (Bright Light Award). Popular Science Magazine (Best of what's new), and Discover Magazine (Best invention in the Environment Category). He serves as a member of the Advisory Committee to the National Center for Photovoltaic of US Department of Energy, and on the Board of Solar Energy Industries Association.

Micro Technologies appoints Mr. N. Vittal, (IAS) in its Advisory Board. Mr. Vittal had long inning of 42 years in public administration and industrial management. During 1990-1996, he was the Central Vigilance Commissioner and had been Secretary to Government of India in the department of Electronics (now renamed as the Ministry of Information Technology) and was also the Chairman of Telecom Commission and Secretary to the Department of Telecommunications during 1993-94. In these assignments he initiated the concept of Software Technology Parks and liberalization of telecom sector. After retiring from the IAS in 1996, he was appointed by the Government of India as the Chairman of the Public Enterprises Selection Board. Thereafter in 1998, a Committee consisting of Prime Minister, Home Minister and the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha appointed him as the Central Vigilance Commissioner. He is known for using Information Technology to fight corruption and also for encouraging the public sector banks to computerize their operations.

Mr Vijay Merchant. He has earned his Bachelor's in Science,. a Diploma in Marketing. He has extensive domain knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising & tourism. His greatest strength is the ability to emotionally connect with the entire spectrum of clients. He is an astute negotiator and has been with the company since begining in various capacities. Mr Mukund Gupta. He has earned his Masters in Information Management, Bachelor's in Science (Physics and Electronic Instrumentation) from Mumbai University and Diploma in Software Engineering and Embedded Systems Software from IIT Mumbai. He has served with some of the leading multinational organizations viz. ESSAR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, DATAMATICS etc. and has gained valuable experiences in the IT field for over 10 years.
