The Company has entered into a Debenture Subscription Agreement for Fully Convertible Debentures worth Rs. Twenty Crores with M/s HT Media Limited on 17th December 2010. Further it has also entered into an advertising agreement with M/s HT Media for an amount of Rs. Ten crores. |
