Mr. Ganapathy V is an Engineer by profession from Mumbai. After his Graduation degree he completed his Masters in Science from United States of America, where he practiced, learned and worked for 2 years in one of the largest Energy Research Institute along with initiating various technological and science oriented research by getting affiliated with renowned agencies such as NASA. He has built a solid record of strategic management, leadership, and business achievements with his expertise and strong understanding with respect to International markets and international Business. He makes a unique blend of Strong Technical Knowhow with as concrete knowledge and experience in the field of Financial Planning and management.

Mr. Ganapathy has been associated with the Micro Technologies (I) Ltd (MTIL) since 2005, where he first served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO his primarily responsibility was managing the financial risks of the corporation. He was also responsible for budgeting, forecasting, developing a business plan, financial analysis, working with their CPA firm on tax preparation and annual audit, supervision of accounting department, oversee investment of company funds and soliciting funds for business growth.

Mr. Ganapathy currently holds position of Chief Executive officer (CEO) with MTIL and is responsible for the overall success of Micro Technologies in Domestic as well as International Market and managing the company's globalization strategy as well as managing the shareholders of the company. Leading sales operations in all customer and partner engagement activities throughout the regions with his vision is to drive growth and profitability. Part of that vision includes increasing customer and partner satisfaction by building strong relationships throughout the region and ensuring that Micro Technologies becomes the a market leader in all forte of its business. Beyond implementing and monitoring company controls and systems, Mr. Ganapathy also acts as lead negotiator for the selling shareholders.

Mr. Karthikeyan is an engineer by profession holding a Masters degree in Science with specialization in Electronics. In his career as an engineer he has used hisscientific knowledge of the behavior and effects of electrons to develop components, devices, systems, or equipment that uses electricity as part of its driving force. In his career he was also engaged in numerous researches, design various components and develop various products. He has been repeatedly recognized by many national groups for its excellence in the areas of IT and Security.

Mr. Karthikeyan has been association with Micro Technologies for more than 7 years; he has played a dynamic role in the construction of the 'Core Embedded' squad and is implicated in building the colossal product line of Micro merchandise. He develops products which adhere to the international customary with approvals from different laboratories like CCOE, FCC, ERTL, and ARAI.

With his valuable contribution and commitment towards the company he has moved from position as head of embedded division to become the Chief Operating Officer of Micro Technologies. As chief operating officer he Manages internal operations, directing the company's product strategies and is conscientious for product architecture, implementation, and project executions. In this capacity he is responsible for effective use of all IT resources and technology issues.

Mr. Milind Mehta, a Chartered Accountant by profession since 1992. With more than 20 years of knowledge and practice in the field of Finances working at prominent levels with public as well as private limited companies, managing sales tax, Income tax, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Corporate Law and Taxation; Mr. Mehta has facilitated Companies to raise and manage funds totaling to the tune of more than 1500 crores. He is a connoisseur in Accounting, analyzing and providing data for tax returns, tax planning within current legislations and providing financial services like tax calculations, cost evaluations; budget analysis, etc. He is a deliberate and strategic planner and upbeat in taking up new ventures.

Mr. Mehta is allied with Micro Technologies since 2008 as the Chief Accounts Officer, handling and gratifying the overall Account management for company and assessment of the financial risks related to banking, operational and several other financial reviews such as of finalization of accounts of the company foreight divisions including tax audit and filing the tax return.

His significant responsibilities and functionality in the company has lead him to heed the entire economics of Micro Technologies and has been honored the prestigious identity of the Chief Financial Officer of the company. As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Mehta is responsible authority for managing all the finances and monetary operations for Micro Technologies.
